- 500 gms Ground Beef
- 500 gms Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Cup Mozzarella
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Firstly, you will have to cook the lasagna. You can follow the instructions that are given on the packet. For cooking lasagna, you need to boil enough water in a large heavy- based saucepan. You need to put olive oil and salt into the water and when the water starts to bubble you need to add the lasagna noodles and cook until they are tender and firm. You need to strain them and run cold water through the hoodless for preventing them for further tenderization.
- Secondly, you will have to take a non-stick frying pan and put garlic and onion in it. When they turn translucent, you need to put the beef into the onion and garlic. You will have to cook the mat until it become brown and tender. Then you will have to put it off.
